Janice Murrell began her real estate career in Midland, Texas in 1999. She is a multi-million dollar producer who specializes in both buyer and seller representation, relocation and residential sales. She is a graduate of The Realtor Institute and has attained her Accredited Buyers Representation designation. Janice was elected to serve as both a Director and 1st Vice President of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors®, and her peers also voted her as the 2001 Rookie of the Year.
Janice and her husband, Wayne, are both avid high school football fans and enjoy supporting their local teams on Friday nights. They have two daughters, Shea and Kamie, and one deceased son, Kevin. They are also blessed with three grandchildren; Joshua, Jacob and Berklee.
